How much does a small business website cost?
Our websites start at $1,500 to build plus $99/month, which includes AWS hosting, SSL, backups, basic SEO, a monthly SEO report and edit time. Larger sites with booking or quote flows start at $2,500 plus $149/month, and online stores start at $4,500 plus $249/month. Every build gets a fixed quote before we start.
Will my website show up on Google and in AI search like ChatGPT?
We build every site so search engines and AI assistants can read and understand it: fast pages, clean titles and descriptions, structured data that spells out your business, services, hours and service area, a sitemap, and pages open to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other crawlers. We also set up Google Search Console and report on your search visibility every month. Nobody can honestly promise a #1 ranking, but your site starts with everything those tools look for.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay the one-time build fee (half to start, half at launch), and after that your plan is month-to-month. Cancel whenever you like.
Do I get my source code?
Always, not just when you leave. Your source code is available to you any time after the initial build. Download it whenever you like, host it anywhere you wish, or have anyone you choose maintain it. It's standard, modern code, so there's no proprietary system to be locked into.
Why don't you use WordPress?
WordPress sites depend on stacks of third-party plugins that need constant updates, slow pages down and are a common source of hacks. We build with modern frameworks like Next.js and React, so your site is fast, secure and doesn't need weekly patching.
What does "basic SEO" include?
Every site is built to industry standards so it can be found in both search engine results (Google, Bing) and AI search results (ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Perplexity). That means clean page titles and descriptions, structured data that tells search tools what your business is and does, a sitemap, semantic, accessible HTML, image alt text and fast-loading pages. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, but your site starts with the foundation search tools look for.

How people found you on Google, which searches you showed up for, how your pages are performing on speed, and what we fixed or improved that month, in plain English rather than jargon.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Yes, and without plugins. Whether it's your booking system, payment processor, CRM, email marketing or review platform, we build a custom integration directly into your site. It's faster, more secure and doesn't break when some third-party plugin updates.
Where is my site hosted?
On Amazon Web Services (AWS), delivered worldwide through Amazon CloudFront, AWS's global content delivery network, with SSL and backups. Hosting is included in every plan. If you ever leave, you can host the code anywhere you like.
How do I make changes to my site?
Two ways. Do it yourself with our drag-and-drop editor, with no coding needed. Or just email or call us: every plan includes monthly edit time for things like new photos, updated hours, new pages or seasonal promos. Anything beyond that is billed at $150/hr, and we'll always tell you up front.
How long does it take?
Most Launch and Grow sites go live within a few weeks of the kickoff call. Stores and software depend on scope, and you'll get a timeline with your quote.
